Derived from the noble Pinot Noir grape, Pinot Grigio is a grape variety indigenous to Burgundy that was first imported to Italy during the 9th Century. Dry, full flavoured and elegant, with delicious ripe fruit on the palate, mostly pears and exotic fruits. It is soft and finishes with a pleasing aftertaste. This is perfect with fish, shellfish, seafood platter, white meat and mild vegetarian dishes.
